From Hobby Blogging To ProBlogging

I started blogging last 2003 although I was already staying on the net since 1999 as webmaster.

At first blogging for me was just hobby. A hobby that somehow changed my writing skills from dumber to dumb. A hobby that sometimes used as a way of expressing what I feel to someone.

Year 2001 when I started to feel the importance of the Search Engine and the Search Engine Results Pages for my sites. And I was then urged by my blogs (2003) to do some tricks to climb up the SERPosition of my blogs on the Search Engines. Thus, led me to the creation of my Ka Webspy Network.

The Ka Webspy Network is actually the result of the limitation of the Blogger Interface in categorizing blogs. However, after some times, it became instrumental in the better SEO of my blogs because prior to March 2006, Link Exchange is still the best way in SEO.

However, the urge to earn money for the maintenance of my blogs let me find ways to monetize all the blogs that I created. Thus, launching the Ka Webspy blog, which is now occupied by domain squatters. That was the first among my blogs that was created for the purpose of earning money through ads publishing, products promotion and other affiliate programs. However, this blog ended when it reached its first Launch Anniversary because of some hosting problems. Thus, ended up my job too.

However, I never lost hope. I immediately launched my first professional looking blog, and that is the SELaplana. I applied all the knowledge I learned from previous blogging activities to that blog and fully monetized it. And now, with the help of this blog, I became a full-time Professional Blogger, blogging not just for my hobby but for my living too.
