The Arroyo Government should seriously consider having Justice Secretary Raul Gonzales as its offical mascot. From now all, all presidential decrees not only have to be signed by the president, they have to be accompanied with the Justice Secretary’s embossed face with a thumbs-up sign and a small speech balloon that says random things like ‘macho ako!’ or ‘charing charing chenes’.

Personally, I find it amazing for the Justice Secretary to say anything with both his feet and ankles in his mouth. I just hope he can eat himself up.
