From now all, all presidential decrees not only have to be signed by the president, they have to be accompanied with the Justice Secretary's embossed face with a thumbs-up sign and a small speech balloon that says random things like 'macho ako!' or 'charing charing chenes'. Personally, I find it amazing for the Justice Secretary to say anything with both his feet and ankles in his mouth. I just hope he can eat himself up.
