story behind a photo

i have always been on the lookout for absurd or amusing signs, and this image shouted out to me…
this should have been pretty funny, what with the way it was presented… but there is a story behind this photo [isn’t there always??]…
this image was taken in a mall in Pioneer Street in Mandaluyong… the wife and i already saw this the last time we were there, but unfortunately, we don’t have a camera with us… we thought it was pretty funny the last time, and still is funny up to now… if not only for the lady guard you see at the right edge of the picture…
