VDay: All that hype and denial

Today is Valentines day.

There was a flurry of activity in the office today. Every so often you would hear a chorus of wows and then a couple of gushes. Then some jeers that sounded like they were directed at someone else.

I was wearing a killer all black getup today. On any other day, it would be considered normal. But today, every single person I encountered asked me - “Why are you wearing black today, valentines pa naman?”.
