International Women’s Day

A special day that recognizes, celebrates, honors, inspires and empowers women.

Last year, I was part of the International Women’s Day celebration that our office held for its employees.

The event was filled with inspirational talks, workshops and bonding activities for hundreds of women employees in attendance.

I was awestruck at the smell of confidence, success, sophistication and strength.

yep, that’s right… there are now women who will exchange sex for a chance to be one of the contestants in Channel 2’s Pinoy Big Brother, well, at least one 17-year old exchanged her body for that chance…

PLDT: From dislike to hate

I have several bad experiences with PLDT services and worse encounters with PLDT customer service reps. I realize that a million words have been written about how much PLDT service sucks but I really dont mind if this post somehow just gets lost in all the that negativity. when was the last time have you been a good samaritan and helped a complete stranger — whether it be an old lady trying to cross a street, a blind person asking for directions, or helped a hobbled person down a long flight of stairs — only finding out sometime later that you have been conned??
