How to make your Yahoo! Mail inbox spam-free?
I am using Yahoo! Mail as my primary e-mail address provider because of its user-friendly interface. But ever since, I’ve already have a problem with its inefficient spam filter. I’ve blocked quite a number of spam e-mail addresses, but spam messages from these addresses still make their way to my inbox. I have tried numerous ways to prevent and block spam to my inbox but to no avail.
For long years, I’ve relied on the Bulk Mail folder feature as my spam guard since it automatically confines those identified spams. I thought that clicking the “empty” link beside the Bulk Main folder link was the best way to get rid of spam. Checking the settings of my Yahoo! Mail account, which I didn’t expect to help me in battling with spam, never crossed my mind. Luckily, I bothered checking the settings the other day, and there, I found the solution to my problem.

Tol, ang sakit ng almuranas ko!
Reminds me when I had a horrible experience after sitting on the kingly throne. Damn, it hurts! I can’t forget what happened next. My colleague was washing his hands and he saw me through the mirror as I was coming out from the toilet…
“Pare, mukhang ang asim ng mukha mo a…” said my colleague who was neither grinning nor smiling. He’s like trying to emulate the look of my face… Like he just saw blood gushing out from my behind and going to faint…
WTH is Googe, Google??
went to the Google search page to find something when i noticed this header image, possible meant for V-Day [no dear, v is not for vagina but valentine’s… tsk tsk tsk]… what the hell is a Googe??
searched it, and found several seemingly non-related links, mostly names of people…
A Valentine’s Date…Sort Of
I know I said I wouldn’t go on a date on Valentine’s Day, but…I did. With hair tied up, and a red rose in hand, I went out yester night to pig out with the people I love.
Has anyone ever eaten at Seafood Island in Cubao? Trust me, it’s a great find. I’ve gone there a couple of times before, and while the food is great, I go mainly for the different bands that perform live every night. I can probably squeeze in the reason that the place is oozing with sexy hunks in red, most of them with short attention span.

Lady In The Bus “Knocked” Awake
The poor little old lady didn’t even know what hit her.
She may look like someone’s grandma peacefully sleeping in the hospital ward now. But the 11 stitches on her head tells that she may be sleeping a dreamless sleep of the ill-fated. Thanks to a bunch of reckless, troubled souls who find hurling rocks at innocent, unsuspecting travellers amusing.
The 55-year old lady was seated comfortably sleeping on a bus bound to Cabanatuan. She was with her children and her grandchildren, who were resting too. It was the time of the day when people sleep their deepest. Little did this lady know she’d be literally knocked awake.
VDay: All that hype and denial
Today is Valentines day.
There was a flurry of activity in the office today. Every so often you would hear a chorus of wows and then a couple of gushes. Then some jeers that sounded like they were directed at someone else.
I was wearing a killer all black getup today. On any other day, it would be considered normal. But today, every single person I encountered asked me – “Why are you wearing black today, valentines pa naman?”.
My top 10 list of unsenatoriables

I may say, I have to vote and I have no choice but to vote. But who among them that I vote? Certainly, not Pacquiao. I am not from General Santos City… but the heck, if I happen to be from General Santos City, would I vote for him? hmmmm…
So I may just need to wrap up my no-holds-barred opinion about why I should not vote for these candidates:

1. Where did you grow up, and what made that place special?
I grew up in Sampaloc and Quezon City. What made the Sampaloc area special was because we lived right next to a bakaery, so every morning – we awoke to the aroma of freshly baked bread. The downside was that we had regular visits from rats! Huge rats actually. And as for Quezon City, it was special because when we moved there it was the high time when MTV was being shown on TV and there was the FEN-P channel that showed numerous cartoons on a Saturday Morning.
2. What was your favorite tv show, cartoon, or children’s show growing up? What did you like about these shows that made them your favorite?
Favorite TV Shows:
1) Beverly Hills 90210 – I remember it being shown every Friday nights the reason why I liked the show? Dylan McKay, period.
2) Palibhasa Lalaki – what a riot cast! Tita Minerva! and Cynthia Patag was hilarious!!
Favorite Cartoon Shows:
1) New Kids on The Block – It was being shown on FEN-P! Feeling sikat because supposedly this channel was hooked from the US cable in Subic/Clark. Is there any truth to that?
2) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles – Michaelangelo, Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Pizza!
Daybreak at Caleruega

The plan was to have breakfast in Tagaytay after we were invited by Ella’s aunt for a breakfast at Josephine’s Restaurant last Sunday, 11February. The thing was, the restaurant opens at around 8am as we were told and we woke up at around 445am so I decided to go to Caleruega first. So we left our place at around 530am and it was still dark.
