Warning to wordpress users!!!

I tried upgrading my blog site from WP 2.1.2 to 2.13 and caused me aÂ lot of problems. Most of the times my site is unaccessible.
Here are some of the problems I have encountered:

-broken links for comments,category,post,admin area, theme editor etc
-themes missing under presentation/theme section
-themes are listed but no theme selected
-and a few others I don’t remember me.. excuse moi.. I am sick.. literally

Luckily, I made a back up.

So, if you are planning to click the upgrade link in fantastico or to do a manual upgrade, make sure to back up your database and the worpdress folder (where you have installed WP).Â I don’t know yet what caused it. Maybe database incompatibility with the new verssion. I really don’t know,Â I didn’t even bother to check for bugs/issues of the new version. So I’ll stick with 2.1.2 for the meantime.
Wonder what I did to fix this? I took a nap. Yes, I did!. Thanks to BOO, ~~dyu~~, who went home after his lunch break to restore my old WP.
