Philippines Next Top Model: Flights of Fancy
You know what’s weird? The nice people over at Philippines’ Next Top Model website updated the recent photos a day after the episode was aired.
And you know what’s awful? Is that they are using a new flash player that makes the photos much smaller, and the edges more aliased (or jagged). How I wish they could just simply make links and thumbnails like they do over at Norway’s version of the show, where we could view the photos in actual size and resolution (and even make fan art out of it). Obviously the good people at PNTM haven’t heard of Fan Service.
By the way, could somebody edit the show’s Wikipedia article? The use of English is so…ugh! Confessionalized? Coll? Hello?
Ranting aside, I think this recent photoshoot is the most fabulous so far. The finalists were instructed to imitate birds as they jump on the trampoline.
Calorie Counter
As part of good health, counting our daily calories is an important part of our plan in losing weight. Considering the calories and carbs is really a big part of many weight control diets and programs. It is undeniably true, that counting calories has always been a major pain in the neck! Not to mention that person involved has to find out the caloric and the carbohydrate values of the foods they have intake and and have eaten, but the dieter themselves would have to add up all the figures and go through process and calculations needed to convert the values from the portion sizes on the given chart to the amount they should really consume. That does not speak of discouraging task to find out the calorie value of foods in restaurants!
As we all know, a successful diet requires COMMITMENT. A simple calorie counter is actually a good start, but where really is the motivation? Now, since keeping the weight off is just as important, people need to dedicate themselves to a lifestyle based on HEALTHY EATING.

A new song that I found myself grooving in with and dance in! I would program my player to “repeat” just as to play it over and over… But one thing troubled me!!! AM I HOT? *shakes head* I doubt it…
I even asked myself this question: “Ting! When you meet someone new, are you even seen as instantly alluring?”
Damn! Am I asking too much for the obvious? Obvious that am not HOT or AM I?

We are bless with a lovely weather and it will last throughout the weekend according to the weather forecast. I don’t usually pay attention to weather reports before being from a tropical country. The only thing you have to look out for are the monsoons and seasonal typhoons but the rest is boringly sunny. Living here in Norway changed my attitude towards weather forecasts or news. Being that the weather here is so unpredictable and you need to pay closer attention in order to be fashionably prepared.

People have different reasons for putting up blogs. There are some who only do it for leisure and use their blogs as an online journal to update their friends about what’s going on with their lives. Do you guys still remember my good ol’ buddy Bao Xishun? Yep, he’s the guy who bagged his wife after choosing her over numerous applicants from all over the world. Apparently he’s a celebrity for being the tallest man on earth. Now ladies let me remind you this equation once again just in case you all forget. Tall guy is not equal to long schlong. I could just hear Bao’s wife agreeing in whatever language she speaks. She says, ” Bao’s schlong not long but Bao’s balls on schlong go like ding-dong!”
