Poverty (part2)

This is my continuing quest to define poverty.

My last blogpost was like 4 days ago. I was not able to connect to the internet for that same number of days, dahil sa ilang desperadong tao na nagnakaw ng cord ng PLDT namin. Kaya ayun, wala kaming dialtone.

Now, why would someone steal a communication cord? What would they do to it? Of course, for simple reason, that they will sell it to some junk shop. This happening is a poverty-related incident.

People will do anything that they can so that will have some money to feed for their children. As I have discussed this is my previous post, the government is alloting Php 36/day per person.
