- son of Arathorn (He was born on March 1st 2931)
- Estel (Arathorn II, Aragorn’s father, was slain and Gilraen, Aragorn’s mother, brought him to Imladris. Elrond received him as foster-son and gave him the name Estel, meaning Hope, and his ancestry was concealed.)
