Why Do You Blog?

This is a question that I asked myself after I have read a chapter from the bestselling philosphical book, Sophieâ€™s World. It was stated there that Philosophers with great minds are curious in nature. It is through asking of questions that they acquire answers and gain knowledge. This has initiated critical thinking and led to questions like the true meaning of life, the chicken and the egg, true purpose of man here on earth, and why Trillanes won the elections.Â

Being one of those wannabe modern philosophers, I have come up with something worth pondering on. Something Plato or even Socrates havenâ€™t thought of.

Why do You blog?
It is said that success is achieved by setting goals. This is true in many cases, however, in order for us to be able to prepare our set of goals, we must first know which direction we are heading. We can do this by knowing our reasons in what we are going to do. In our case, we should know our reasons for blogging.

People have different opinions and different interests, it is these factors that partly influence our decisions in life. Same goes to blogging. Not everyone engage into blogging just to express their thoughts or their feelings, there are people who see blogging as a different kind of opportunity.
