High Society Blogging?

During the time that I was still getting myself familiar with blogging, I have always thought that blogging is only exclusive to the members of high society. Something like a past time for those coños living in Ayala when they get tired of spending their cash on not-so-important things.  

Why did I have such a thought?

Go look around the blogosphere at that time and you would know what I mean. Read posts of other blogs and look at their pictures. If I don’t see them casually typing on their newly bought laptops, most of them are enjoying a cup of coffee in an expensive looking coffee shop. There wasn’t a single time that I have seen a picture where a blogger was holding a pen, writing on a piece of paper, enjoying a glass of gulaman with a squatter’s area as the backdrop.

Karlo: Props lang yan, Kidd. Kuha mo pa nga akong gulaman.
 

But that was years ago. Blogging was still new here in the Philippines and the only ones who got to know about it first were the ones who had access to the internet.
