Backup now or else

The word back-up does leaved a mark on me last week when my sub-domain went wacko! Everything went haywire (including me!), from the scripts down to my databases (mysql). And worst, it coincides with the transfer of my files to another server by my hosting company.  Its a good thing that I manage to download a backup on my pc two weeks before it happen or else I would literally went back from scratch.
