		<description>On the one hand ,learning English is sabi nga nila very important if we want the Philippines to be competitive with other countries kaya nga sa Singapore may &quot;Speak Good English&quot; campaign. pero dapat di rin kalimutan ng mother tongue (also like in Singapore its a requirement to learn either Chinese,Tamil or Malay).

Pero if the imposition of rules of seaking in English is elitist,thats totally a different thing.Dapat they must be good in both English nd Pilipino and should notbe punished for speaking in the national language</description>
