In addition to the sheer awesomeness I reek of, I could well be the God-sent answer to the individual local taxation problems that you, dear reader, may be burdened with. It has come to my attention that quite a number of my off-line friends almost always turn to me for queries on filing, computation, reference, opinion, past incidences, likely outcomes, and other similar cases or situations related to personal or “individual” taxation. Like they’re my subscribers and I’m their personal Lex Libris or something.
Are you bothered by a tax-related inquiry but didn’t know who to ask? Here’s where the pro bono fun part begins. I will, for the first 5 people (I know I first offered this to 20 or so people but let’s see how we could manage with 5 for starters), answer what they need to know and help them in the best of my personal capacity to come up with a remedy or solution to their tax-related problems.

So after months of emailing back and forth, our album is ready-ish for printing.

Life and Work Balance : HTH?
I am a work at home mom. I have an online job that is financially satisfying and allows me the freedom to work in tank tops, shorts and flip-flops. It should be good enough, right?
(I can hear husband now saying : Right, Asawa. I’m beside you pa palagi, we can sneak out during your break and har har har!)
Well, actually it should be more than good enough. However, when your office is just a few steps away from a charming and mischievous three-year old, your man’s loving arms, the pets, the TV, the exercise machine and the so many other things that can cause distraction, not to mention a troop of “outside forces” like unexpected visits from friends or worst, the utility service crew (electric, phone, water, dsl, etc), you just sometimes lose yourself in the struggle for a healthy life and work balance.

Bikol Wiki “conditionally approved” na!
Maraming salamat sa mga nag-argyu para sa Bikol Wikipedia. Na-conditionally approve na ang proposal. Kailangan lang na i-meet ang ilang rikwayrment para sa final approval ng proyekto.
Narito ang mga kinakailangan:
1. There is an active test project on the Incubator wiki.
A project should start on the Incubator wiki. This will demonstrate that there is sufficient community to build the project. If there is no valid ISO 639 or BCP 47 code, the test project will provide some of the material to present to the World Language Documentation Center. This is also a good occasion to translate the MediaWiki software if there is no version in that language.
2. There are localization files available in that language.
The MediaWiki interface is created from localization files for each language. If there are no files for this language yet, the language subcommittee will contact the community to arrange for translation before the wiki can be created.
Meron na tayong test project, 3ng interesado (sa ngayon) na magkontribyut at/o mag-edit ng mga artikel, at ISO 639-3 na “bcl“ para sa Central Bicolano.
Kapag saksesful ang test project, iaapruwv ng language subcommittee ang rikwest at inonotifay ang Board of Trustees. Kung hindi mag-object ang board makalipas ang apat na araw, magkrikrieyt na ng wiki para sa atin. Hindi na mahalaga ang bilang ng users na nag-support o nag-oppose sa project
Users are strongly encouraged to continue developing the test project while they are waiting for the wiki to be opened. This may accelerate the process. For Wikipedia proposals, the List of articles every Wikipedia should have may be useful. All pages developed as part of a test wiki can be transferred to the actual wiki when it is opened.

DOING SOMETHING GOOD OUT OF MY EMPTY LIFE….
I am feeling sad today… But it’s ok, I cant complain about my life right now coz compared to other people I have a better life though there are some things that i dont like about it. It would be ungrateful for me to be complaining all the time, instead I want to do something good out of my time and life. Maybe one of the reasons why im feeling empty is because I still cant find what I really want in my life, and what I want to do with it.
I want to participate in a volunteer work so I can share to other people not only what I know but also find out what my potentials are, and what more can I do for others. I know it’s kinda selfish to think that I would only be helping others just because I want to feel good and fill the emptiness that im feeling rigth now. But what can I do? I can’t think of any better ways than this. I am not a religious person but i strongly believe that if you want to be closer to the Creator, you have to be close to His Creation.
Im taking the first step now… Im making a pact with myself and hopefully with the help of the Divine Spirit, I would be able to accomplish it. To be honest, I’m scared to die knowing that I haven’t done something good for other people. I used to question myself, what will happen to me when i die and im in front of God and He would ask me ” Hey, My child, what have u done for your brothers and sisters down there on earth?” Im afraid I can’t be able to give Him a good answer. That is if I would go to Heaven.. (laughs!)
I know what i’m trying to accomplish is something that is very noble and I also know for a fact that it is not very easy to do without the will power. And please don’t get me wrong here. I’m not trying to act as if I can medicate or give solutions to all the social disorders or diseases that we are having right now. I know I dont have that capacity. But I also know that you dont have to move the earth or mountains in order for you to make a difference. All we need to do is start our acts in small steps and from there we will see what we can do next.
So, does anyone know an institution or organizations that might need volunteers? I need your help guys…. Thanks.

My 2 Zone Technique intro.
True Photography consist of two key zones. (Zone A covers subject to film), better known as a negative, ( Zone B covers film to Print), other wise known as a positive. In true photography one can not exist with the other. Digital photography merely records the scene in pixel format, it lacks the required zones which are needed to create a true positive print.
I have added a Zone C to my Black and White Photo Art, this zone determines where colors on the final Black and White print. This Technique allows full control of contrast, composition, and balance of each individual photo.
My Hand coloring Techniques elevates the viewer chromatic thresholds. Color contrast can be easily manipulated to suit artist mood
or expressions simultaneously. I can enhance visual differences between two areas of different luminance or illumination.
I try to highlight the obvious positive in each Photo, I also attempt to accentuate the unseen Beauties of our world.
