The Last Legion
The Last Legion was about a boy emperor (Romulus) who was a descendant of Julius Caesar. A sword supposedly made for Caesar was hidden by the emperor Tiberius and can only be found by the one person who was worthy of holding it. Aurelius and his men were tasked to protect Romulus. A Goth king named Odoacer seized control by having Romulus’ parents killed. As he was about to kill Romulus, the boy’s tutor Ambrosinus arrived and scared the superstitious Odoacer into letting the boy live, to the dismay of Odoacer’s primary henchman Wulfila. Romulus and his tutor were instead sent into an island prison where Aurelius and his group struggled to rescue them and restore the boy as emperor.
