When it comes to the plugins I used there wasn't any issue so that's great. Just keep in mind though due to all the changes to delete everything except your content and config and you should be alright in most cases. Main plugins which I've heard which fail are the ones involving the text editor and plugins related to categories, but I used neither of those type anyways :).
