Today, the last Sunday of September, is World Heart Day.

How do you intend to celebrate?

The World Heart Federation has collaborated with organizations around the world to mark the day with the theme “Team Up for Healthy Hearts”. Most of the activities are geared towards educating the public about the global burden of cardiovascular disease and promoting healthy lifestyle choices to prevent heart disease.
