Christmas is fast approaching and for sure your HR department same as our HR department is trying to figure out how to come up with a remarkable Christmas party for your employees or for you as an employee. Most likely you’ve been to the war room just to brainstorm as to how you’ll go about it together with the committee members. With you on board for sure it’s a creative event to anticipate with. Programs were presented, various presentations are stuffed too and fillers are never forgotten just to hype up the event and yet still everything is not enough because we or you wanted it to be innovative, creative and the program should be packed with splendid performances from various self-managed teams or from you as a sole performer who wanted nothing but recognition as a talent to be reckon with. Quite challenging ey! Well some achievement-oriented being loves this one and there’s only quite a few of them and sometimes their characters are so obvious that you won’t be needing a psych background just to judge them accordingly.

A week ago, a grade school kid, Mariannet Amper took her own life by hanging herself inside their house. Then just recently, the news said a 61-year-old farmer commits suicide by hanging himself from a tree.

A must see movie or a must read book
So an announcement: I am now lowering the regular number of posts to 3-4 posts per week from the usual 5-6 posts per week that I managed to sustain since the birth of Postcard Headlines last May 2007 due to stricter academic demands this semester.

Hilarious isn’t it? I’ve come across to this article long time ago and I just can’t recall the exact date and the name of the magazine. All I know is that it was surely long time ago. 
So what’s the real score about this story? Actually, this was highlighted as one of the best practice being implemented by company owners themselves based in Canada and U.S respectively. They were so happy about the results of this kind of approach on mitigating drug activity around their vicinity especially on those areas where customers frequent. Worst, customers won’t be coming in since these criminal minds are scattered on areas where customers park their vehicles especially on convenience stores. They’ve suggested that instead of calling the police why not just buy cheap and loud speakers and play classical songs. Worst when calling the police these punks gets irritated and invaded and would surely retaliate and won’t be accepting sorry for an answer. Drug activity and other petty crimes has been so rampant especially on those areas where security personnel is not visible or if there is security personnel’s are so helpless in controlling these so called radicals plus most of them are juveniles. In some cases these radicals have come to befriend security personnel’s to the extent that we’ve been hearing news about security personnel’s being an accessory to the crime.
