New year is another new beginning, we welcome the new year full of hopes for a better year. For me, this is the happiest time of the year. Most filipinos observed many traditional beliefs during this time, let me share some things that I know and follow. I usually start my preparation after Christmas… the earlier, the better.

“A Computer for Every School†or ACES is a government project aiming to put at least one (1) computer in every school in the Philippines. But with the budget limited, they are now considering using GNU/Linux instead, with that, I strongly recommend using Edubuntu.
