No frills leche flan
Leche flan is a favorite dessert that is ever present in many Filipino families’ dinner tables. This is especially true during special occasions, like Christmas.
I myself do not care what occasion it is or even if there is one, I just love leche flan that I find myself cooking it many times in a year.
There are many variations to cooking leche flan. I have tasted many different kinds throughout the years but only to come back to my mother’s recipe. Hers is a tedious and tiring process so I will just share the quick, no frills way to a similar tasting dessert.

It’s even in the directory. You just left a little gay note. You even used my post-it. Asshole. I bet you used my pen too, huh?

“To the left, to the left,†the most memorable line, the line which made a lot of people get an LSS (Last Song Syndrome) the night when Beyonce performed here in Manila. And yes, Ed was there too so I must be a witness. =)
Not only that. I also remember the day when my younger sister uttered this line: “ella, ella, ella, eh, eh, eh.†It was kinda annoying at first and funny at the same time until I figured out that it has become really popular among children and adults as well.
So what do I wanna tell you now? No, it’s not all about the rivalry issue between Rihanna and Beyonce. It’s just that these two artists grabbed the top spots in the Top 100 Songs of 2007.
