Pinoy Big Brother, US Elections and 2010
I don’t usually watch Pinoy Big Brother. On the other hand, my girlfriend Beryl told me that she only watches its first and last show.
Last night was the show’s Big Night where the program’s big winner will be announced from among four survivors. I wanted to see it for myself for a change but I still wasn’t able to.
Last night’s episode, Beryl told me, started with a Broadway-type jazz themed dance number with the show’s hosts and some celebrities and ended with the announcement of Davao City comedian Ruben Gonzaga as the Big Winner.
This had my father lamenting over the wrong prediction of the Cebuano paper which he administers as managing editor. One of SuperBalita’s entertainment columnist previously wrote that Riza Santos, the Fil-Canadian beauty queen, will win.
