Bloggers’ Food Tour At Trinoma
Yesterday, January 9, was a blast for about 150 pinoy bloggers who went to Trinoma for the Food Tour. The tour was organized by people from Tri-Noma and Yehey, which took almost four enjoyable hours of our time. Overall, the bloggers really enjoyed it, including me since it was actually my first time to attend an event for bloggers like this.

The Reason Why Only A Few Pinoys are Aware of Blogging
Do something for me: Go out and ask the people around you if they have already heard, or have any idea, of the word “Blogâ€. I bet after a series of questionings you’ll found out that most, if not all, of them actually have no clue about the meaning of the word.

Pinoy Bloggers should know by now that not all Filipinos are aware of the existence of our world. When it comes to awareness on blogging, the term ‘blog’ often registers to non-bloggers as something that can be described as “new†and “unheard of†thing.
Of course, as bloggers, we know that the world of blogging is not really new (It first came to invade the Philippine internet back in 1996, at that time it was called a Journal), however, there is no question that our beloved hobby is relatively unheard of here inside the Philippine shores.
Why is this so? Why is it that only a few Pinoy bloggers are aware of blogging?

Who will replace Dubya?
I thought that The Amazing Race Asia Season 2 would be the most exciting thing I’d catch on television these days, but I find the US presidential presidential primaries more thrilling. That’s odd because I’m not even an American citizen. What kept me hooked to CNN is the battle for the democratic nomination. Why oh why do Barack Obama and Hilary Clinton have to run at the same year?
