InterviewFairy is another service site similar to Prepare4job that assists job seekers on their preparation for job interviews. The competitive advantage of this service site is that most of their interview questions are proven to be valid and tested since job seekers are the one’s providing the information to the webmaster for upload.

The present set up is that when a job seeker is scheduled for an interview of a certain company he will then take note of those questions being thrown by the interviewer, after which the job seeker visits InterviewFairy site to post those questions for other job seekers to read it for them to prepare in advance if they are to be interviewed by that specific company. Worst, even questions and answers of the exams they took will be exposed coupled with their worst and best practices towards recruitment.
