I could never really believe that the fare is back to 7php (yes, it’s too late to express grievance now but I was on forced hiatus)…. That’s why there was something in my mind that a group of experts are going to school after school feeding people with bullcrap…
EXCUSES
10 To make more money go round and round the economy so people cannot save their retirement funds.
09 To make people walk and fight against obesity so more people will grow hungry.
08 To reduce carbon emission so that jeepney drivers will be out of work and heighten the unemployment rate.
07 To improve traffic so that car owners can speed up more and make us pedestrians roadkill.
06 To enjoy the aesthetic value of metro manila that has under-invested beautification and shanties here and there.
05 To enjoy the sun and have a tan, so that you can invest on skin cancer.
04 To decrease demand for gasoline and prime commodities.
03 To keep people inside their homes and get bored.
02 To lower street crime rate and traffic incidents so that robbers find their way in our homes.
01 To remind us of our pitiful existence.

Ever since my marriage, I’ve developed a love for cooking. I’ve started cooking different meals for my wife (since we’re poor and we can’t househelp). Of course, I started with the basics. The simple ones, gradually evolving to more complicated dishes. This isn’t the first time I made Lechon Kawali. It’s the first time though, that I cooked it using a thin-assed pot.
