There really are some people who have the guts to bully other people just because of their position. At EDSA Central, there is a fashionista lady in HR who is oftenly seen on her celfone having an english conversation with who knows who. This lady, flanked with her nice clothes & jewelry was seen with an man much senior her. And it seems that she is a mistress or a highly payed escort. It just shows that some people may seem to have fair skin and all, but deep inside they hide a very dark secret. I don’t think I would allow this kind of person to challenge or out rank me on a personal level. Persons like this are just of the lowest form of human beings. It makes you wonder how she got her position, hmmmm . . . .

They let me wait for the shedule of the training….,months passed until now there is no schedule yet…..
they let me submit also the initial requirments…whew!!! may job offer ba talaga guys????????? or nag iipon lang kau ng pinapaasa nyo…
No plaudits to divulge the grim and shoddy details of this so called PREMIER and PIONEER in BPO Industry IBM Daksh, which in fact is a big blasphemy to be associated with a big and established name IBM, INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MACHINE. As it is said, grandeur doesn’t always come with grand values and ethics. IBM Daksh materialises this fact in a very concrete fashion. It may boast upon itself as the self claimed and destined ruler of the BPO industry, winning kudos in some corporate awards that seem nothing but a highly conspired and meticulously planned ostentation. I must say this is the worst organization (read IBM Daksh BPO) in terms of employee satisfaction.Must I say it should be awarded a Golden Globe for human exploitation.
BE WARNED :::: Any one who wishes to join this organization BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! You are better off doing anything but joining IBM Daksh.
You’ll be made to work till the last drop of blood remains in your unless you are a stalwart at manipulations.
Forget you will ever get respite from the monotonous boredom you will go through because their motto INNOVATION at IBM Daksh is just a namesake – a cheap popularity being derived from the brand IBM.
Don’t expect good returns for your hard work but a few goodies in the form of a meagre shoddy knicknacks or grand appraisals that only turn out to be peanuts- no I must say sanddunes, because they are so elusive.
At IBM Daksh, if you ever see a long face passing by with a presumptuous air around him, take him to be a bloodsucking monster called MANAGER or the poor fellow could be an undercurrent of this vivcious drain, who might be trying hard to make his presence felt.
Work culture is a reprimand here, a DURACELL battery is a must have- because you can never be dead at IBM Daksh (being a ghost is feasible though). If required you may be dug out of your favourite haunt(your grave) and made to work until this disgusting, pathetic and egregious bedlam attributes to itself the best net result of the first Quarter and bag a first among unequals(since this organisation doesn’t deserve the status it says it has).
If you ever had thought there is nothing good left in you and you are good for nothing then IBM Daksh’s doors are open because it’s good at nothing either.This is the worst epitome of how human resourcefulnes can be exploited and how minds can be drained to become a junkyard.
There is no wonder, if you follow the dailies, that India is loosing its grip on customer service arm,(most of the work being transferred to SE Asian nations and other parts of the world.
I must tell you the world leader(India) in BPO does really let the talent nurture but squeezed out if such unethical organisations like IBM Daksh are left to flourish.Employee retention is the big worry because of the shoddy treatment of the workforce by not giving their due, humiliating them and treating them like peasants which make them feel unwanted, giving them nominal emoluments and no perks citing recession whereas
they are never shy of making the grand display if their first half yearly earning, ironically.
On an ending note, it can be easily concluded from what I have written that if you want to do anything with your life but being a wastrel NEVER EVER think of joining IBM Daksh BPO. Managers are bloodsuckers and this organization a parasite devouring everything that comes to it.
You may want to take it as a warning because :::……………….

ive been in ibm daksh in Edsa central last week. those people who wrote blogs here are 100% true.it is true IBM daksh really sucks…to all you intending applicants,i advise you,not to apply here anymore,better apply to other call centers like convergys, accenture,sitel
Hello All! My name is Melissa. I am from Makati city,Metro manila. Today, I would like to share few horrible facts I faced during my short term tenure with this so called company known as IBM Daksh.
Well, I would like to properly categorize about what I have to say below to that it becomes that simple for the readers of this review to understand it quickly and thus help them take their career decisions correctly:
1. IBM Daksh’s Process facts revealed:
BEWARE! If you are a kind of candidate who looks for a particular work and selected process to work with in line with what you used to work with your last company, then think again! IBM Daksh is not the place for you at all! IBM Daksh has extremely bad polices of shuffling its employees from one process to another within matter of seconds without giving any time for its employee to think of and if one ignores to shift to another process, then they have only one policy: “THEY WILL OPEN THE DOOR AND KICK YOU OUT OF THEIR COMPANY: “TA TA – BYE BYE”. I have practically seen this during my Voice & Accent Training with this disgusting company. I was initially selected and assured of UK Orange Semi Technical Process. However, during the 10th Day of my Voice & Accent training, our entire team of 10 candidates were shocked to learn that the Orange UK Process is no more there for us and their process top authorities walked into our training room with a gun in their hand ordering us that either bend down and listen to us else, get out of the company. They said to my team that either we all need to be ready to shift to another process or “THE DOOR IS OPEN – GET OUT OF HERE” IBM DAKSH IS NO LONGER INTERESTED IN KEEPING YOU ALL. And this applies for everybody who joins initially or is already working with the company. I couldn’t believe that how I am being asked to join either CBNA (Banking Process) or Concode (Airline Ticket Booking Process) within span of just 10 days??? I have just not even hit the floor and e’m straight given a decision by IBM Daksh to either “Accept” or “Quit”. We no longer require you…simply Disgusting and Unethical practice!
IBM Daksh – THE WORST BPO of India.
They have policies which is against the ethics.
IBM really sucks. i am on my training since two months and there seem to be no improvement in their waiting policy. first we were made to wait for a very long time for the interview and the for the pre onboarding our one entire day was wasted for mere documentation which was only a ten minute job. IBM really suks. there is no proper management which would attend ur querry.
Is their PEN (Power English Now training)for real?

IBM daksh (Gurgaon) has most of the ridiculous leaders. IBM daksh say “We are the employees choise”– suck my ass. Most the leaders treats their colleague as if they are their servant…as if they are working in Grocery shop. Most of the female leader…like NAMRATA (TL) special name NAMI (DEPARTMENT—Intuit-Quicken)…she is the kind of suck. If you go ahead and inform the senior about the mischieve, they are bypassed as well thretened to be kicked off from the job. Working with IBM DAksh is really horrible. These people have made the things irritative and burdon.
Most of the vacncies that we see in the market do mention as a special note — -
-”Candidate(s) who are working or have worked with IBM daksh are not eligible. Please do not apply.”
It is fact that not company is made for such act but people with position treat it as their ass.
I also used to work here way back january of 2008. Two months before i get regularized I got a notice from their Company Clinic (Health First), saying I need to secure a medical clearance because I was suspected for TB.
That was so alarming when you;’re not feeling any symptom of that much avoided sickness. I went to Phil lung center to confirm this. It took me 14 days just to find out that it was negative.
And the 14 days was taken against me that made me not qualified for regularization. What going on IBM, you’re relying on something that is unreliable. Hope you wont lose the Dignity of your Company name. Nakaka-LBM ang proseso nyo.
hi ,i joined ibm in nov 2010 for google process khoj and let me tell you that this company is certified barbaad and it sucks and our TL is a son of a bitch.everyone hates him on the floor.keeps shouting like a dog and makes us work for nuts.I`m definitely quitting IBM daksh.
and i forgot to tell abt the transport tms which is horrible .i just don`t understand who has even allowed them to sit in the tms.horrible route planning,drivers of the cars are most of the time sleepy.The life of the employees are in the hands of god and last month 4-5 employees of ibm got killed bcoz of the driver`s negligence and now he is absconding.i`m definitely quitting bcoz i care for my life bcoz just a day or two before the guard and the driver were literally sleeping and it was us who were keeping them awake.when i asked my TL to lodge a complaint,he didn`t do so and kept delaying it.btw i work in ibm gurgaon and even the building sucks.I`d like to ask one thing whether their open door policy really works or have they created the portal just for the heck of it?
