Got this from a feed from Trace Trajano, a real estate investor based in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. An 8-door apartment in Las Piñas with a fully functional water refilling station easily worth P8M is available for sale in the amount of just P3.99M only until February 10.
The property described to be 5 minute walk away from the Alabang-Zapote Road, 20 minute ride away from SM Southmall, 30 minute ride away from Alabang, and near a barangay hall, city hall and public market, stands to generate P56,000 monthly rental income for its new owners and a possible additional income of P15,000 to P40,000 rental or business income from the water refilling station.
