Movie: Untraceable (www.killwithme.com)
A thriller film to watch and to learn a lesson from for those internet-user addicts.
The story was about a psycho who kills people by inviting internet users to join him in doing so. The psycho will broadcast the killing of his victims online. Whenever more and more users enter the site, the faster the death of the victim. One victim died from overdose of an anticoagulant, one died from being burned from the heat of bulbs while his hands and feet cemented. And the final one died from sulfuric acid mixed in water. More acid poured in because more internet users entered the site.
The psycho did this because his father committed suicide and the media broadcasted it without any remorse. As part of his revenge, he killed those who took part of his father’s media exposure. I really couldn’t blame the guy for doing such horrible things but he seemed to have gone overboard.
It just shows how people are callous now a days. Just look around and you will see the truth.
Manikako Doll Exhibit and Workshop in Podium Activity Center ( photo coverage)
I first heard the group Manikako in the net and then I was surprised that they joined the ToyCon 2007 last year, I saw their booth on that day but too bad for me that I was so busy managing the ToyCon didn’t got much time to check out their DIY dolls and art crafts, but here in their exhibit I was stunned and happy to appreciate their craft in creating dolls into a toy, art and collectible.
56 Eyes
First, the PNP is surprised why a surveillance camera was installed in front of La Salle Greenhills where ZTE-NBN deal key witness Jun Lozada sought refuge. Police Inspector Ed Caracas of the Mandaluyong City Police said they were surprised and had nothing to do with it. Then, Eastern Police District director Chief Supt. Nilo dela Cruz admitted that the camera was installed at La Salle to monitor the traffic along Ortigas Avenue, further stating that “what could a camera do? It’s not deadly”. Then you have another surveillance camera at St. Scholastica’s College which, for some strange reason, was pointing at the walls. Apparently, PNP Director General Avelino Razon stated that the device found was not a PNP CCTV camera but rather a photo-sensor device that is used to automatically switch off lights during the daytime, contrary to the report of an IT expert from SSC that the device was a camera. More recently, we now have the PNP planning to install more closed-circuit televisions (CCTVs) across the metro, at least 30 more, in the hopes of monitoring traffic and fostering the PNP’s anti-criminality drive.

Blogger.com Now In Tagalog, But Do We Really Need it?
BloggerBuzz has just announced that Blogger.com is now available in “Filipinoâ€.
“There is already a very strong blogging community in the Philippines, and we’re very happy to support that and be a part of it.â€
True enough, every word on Blogger.com that can be translated is written in Tagalog. I even had a good laugh with some of the phrases found on their site which were very uncommon and “malalim“.

PEOPLE: WE NEED TO ACT NOW!
I’ve heard in one of Gloria’s speech she said that corruptions were not just happened in his administration but also in others.   Yes, it is true and I’m sure that solons and political experts will agree to the statement. But the issue is why these corruptions cannot be eliminated, the fact that this current administration have different programs and actions to address the problem. Is these programs were just cover up to make the people deceived? Or just like a lore program that the intention is to make people believe that they were clean as a sheet of paper?
We’ve seen lots of coup attempt against the Arroyo government, trying to eliminate her from the highest position in the land. But it seems like every attempt failed. And now another controversy will test her leadership and the rest of her cabinet members.
