The number of Asean countries ratifying the 1st Asean Constitution is growing and hopes are very high that the Asean Charter will be ratified by all countries months before this year’s ASEAN Summit.
Four out of ten countries of ASEAN ratified the 1st Asean Charter, the latest Laos and Brunei with the latter having ratified and submitted the “instrument of ratification” last February 15 before Malaysia.

Coke Zero
Coke Zero is finally here. I witnessed the stacking of these cool new black bottles of soda at the grocery last weekend. I immediately waved the men aside so that I could get my hands on one. I was excited to have my first taste of this diet soda as I have heard a lot about it from my friends in the office.
Coke Zero is a sugar-free variation of the famous cola. It has been re-packaged and marketed to appeal more to the supposedly weight-conscious people of today. I am a fan of Pepsi Max which is a softdrink that is has no sugar but maximum in taste so I was sure coke zero was a must try.

The Return of Filipino Animation
It’s been years since we last saw a full-length Filipino animation and that time we all reacted that it is not at par yet with American Cartoons, Japanese Anime, and the general Animation industry in the world. BUT, if we kept an open-mind back then, Filipino Animation releases (full-length or otherwise) becomes better and better for every release.
And you know what? This year we will be able to see the (as gamers say it) “bestest” of Filipino Animation has to offer. Want to see the trailers?

Moreover, wow that the top 24 “American Idol†contestants have been selected last week, AT&T announced today that it’s time for Idol fans across this great nation to let their voices be heard and exercise their right to vote – for the next “American Idol.â€
Voting is till next week but rumored came out that they have now their solid top three (3) which includes Ramiele Malubay.

Blog Ethics and Libel Discussion by Blog and Soul
Having been exposed to journalism since high school, there are two things I would want to stay away from when blogging thoughts, ideas, and reviews: libel and plagiarism. Since I stick to writing original stuff and acknowledge my sources whenever I use quoted material, plagiarism is easily off my back. But libel, man, now that’s creepy. 12 units of law subjects in college somehow fortified my paranoia.
Attending this first of its kind blogger congregation was worth waking up early on a weekend for. Personally, I was more concerned on what I’d do should I encounter a published blog post where I was the focal point of a morally belittling and false claim. Blame it on my unwavering star complex, thank you very much. Before the lecture, my instinct was set on seeking legal advise ASAP.
