PLDT Disservice

I had this experience at the PLDT Business Center at Megamall. I went there because I wanted to inquire about their new product – the prepaid landline plus. When i opened the door, I saw the security guard sitting at the table doing something. He just quickly looked at me then returned to what he was doing. Then I initiated the conversion by telling him that I would like to inquire about the prepaid landline plus. He put his stuff in the drawer and pulled some flyer and a counter number then left. HE DID NOT EVEN SPEAK OR POINT ME WHERE I SHOULD GO!

Then i went in front and looked up at the counter but there was no light. I waited for a few minutes but the CSR at the left counter was laughing with his workmate. And the one in front was busy doing something. So again I made a move and looked the CSR in front until she acknowledged me with a slight nod of her head. I approached her and inquired about the prepaid landline plus. She mentioned that the product was still going to be launched in April. She also told me that the advertisement was published ahead of the launching of the new product. No apologies nor offering any comforting words like “would you like us to inform you when the product arrives?”. Nothing at all!

Is this what had become of PLDT? A very poor customer service team? Advertising a product way ahead of the launching just to get the share of Bayantel?
