Public Sinner

Dagupan Archbishop Oscar Cruz calls Gloria Arroyo a “public sinner” who is also unworthy of receiving the holy sacrament, at least from the priestly hands of the Archbishop. Being “evil” and “the luckiest b*tch around” both at the same time, and being a “public sinner,” too, all point definitely not to a moral regime.
