When you reach a certain level on Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare on XBox 360,  level 55 to be exact. You will be given an option to go a certain Prestige Mode where you need to give up all your current weapons, classes, and challenges and start Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare all over again but this time you would have nice little Prestige Mode Icon or Badge in the game.
