2007 Bar Exams List of Passers

Should a student with a 5.0 in Math be awarded a Pisay diploma?
Apparently, someone is marching on Tuesday in spite of a 5.0 (failure) in a Math subject.
Here’s an excerpt from blog entry “Attention : Batch 2008! Ito na ba ang gusto niyong maging value ng pisay diploma?” by the Math teacher / PSHS alumna who started the online discussion:
Don’t you realize that you’re stripping the pisay diploma of it’s worth when you vouch for your batchmates who you know don’t really deserve the diploma?
Alam niyo yan!
Kahit gaano katamad ang estudyante sa pisay, kahit gano katamad KAYO sa pisay, hindi kayo nakakakuha ng grade na 5.0!
Mahirap, sa totoo lang, makakakuha ng 5.0 sa pisay,unless talagang WALA KANG GINAWA! (aka tinamad ka). Kaya wag niyong sabihin na may ginawa talaga ang mga classmate niyo kung di niyo naman talaga alam. Ang sama ng luob ko sa mga sumulat ng letters vouching for the “diligence” of some of your batchmates. Diligence?? What the …?!!!!

To readers unfamiliar with the Pisay community: Yes, this is a big deal because Math is a major aspect of the school, the school is Philippine Science High School Main Campus, and the grade is a 5.0, not even a 4.0. Read its [Mission and Vision].
Top 10 2007 BAR EXAMINEES
A total of 1,289 have passed out of the 5,626 law graduates that took the 2007 bar examinations, the Supreme Court announced on Saturday.

Forget the chicken dance, Macarena, and other old dance craze that has reached international fame! The PAPAYA dance from Edu Manzano’s Pilipinas Game Ka Na Ba? is the newest International Dance craze, as ABC’s Good Morning America featured it as the new Macarena. They even showed Filipino children and the Military dancing to its tune.
So, after the Cebu prisoners danced to the tune of Thriller, achieved international success, and even sprouted several imitations; now another dance craze is from the Philippines! Wow! That is amazing!
The New Seven Wonders of the Natural World
Last July, I posted in one of my blog entries the list of the New Seven Wonders of the World, which includes man-made monument from the old timer Pyramids of Egypt to the Ancient China’s Great Wall to the new world Christ the Redemeer of Brazil.
Now, another New 7 Wonders list is ongoing with an online voting determining who will fill-up the new list. But this time, the list will only include the Natural Wonders of the World. You may vote in their website thru the voting page.
And please, VOTE FOR THE PHILIPPINES’ REPRESENTATIVES in the Natural Wonders. They include the Tubbataha Reef, which can be located in Sulu Sea, Mayon Volcano in Bicol, and Chocolate Hills of Bohol.
March Right-hook Vengeance, and a stupid Bb Pilipinas Event
I know, I know! For the past blog entries here, I have been posting a fairly stupid and worth-nothing entries. Heck! I am so tired and wasted with my work, that I can’t give enough time to update this blog and to personalize it the way it used to be. So, here I am and making a right hook vengeance to those people saying this blog is dead.
Anyway, school year just ended, Holy Week started last Monday, today is Holy Thursday, there’s no work, no students, and summer is in the house. That means, more time for myself, more time to blog around, and more time for some summer-loving fun! so, let’s start?!? I’ll do this one by one, post per post, and topic per topic. So read on!
