Barbie

It’s a very common ans all known fact that the media, as far as I know, from the 1990’s has been prompting the ‘Barbie Image.’ Fun, preppy, white, straight haired, and blonde… That is why I hate Barbie as gifts to my girlfriends.

As far as I’ve seen, if ever that there will be a Barbie in real life. There won’t be enough space for some of the digestive organs, such as the liver.

But as of now: Barbie has a wider waist, comes in different colours, and has given out massages of love and peace throughout the world with Barbie’s movies…

The same also went for Ken. But honestly, you have to admit that the original Ken and Barbie was sooo cute! Or was that just my professed love for vintage…

Speaking of bodily images, news from the Los Angeles Times that France may outlaw promoting anorexia.

That skin & bone thing is distracting me from admiring that beautiful back piece.

Michelle Fitoussi a columnist for the French Elle magazine had a hard time imagining police bombarding dressing rooms in a fashion show and putting the designer(s), the staff, and the scrawny models inside the police van thingy, at least they can only use a minimum of 2 cars since everyone can fit.
