A Responsible Blogger and Reader Makes A Good Blog
It was few days ago that I’ve made a post about Earth Jam 2008. The event was for a good cause, and as usual, another music-related event that’s why I have decided to put the information on my music blog because I thought it could be of interest to my blog readers.
While I’m at ease believing everything will go fine, on the other side of the web, some people were complaining about the Earth Jam poster found on my blog post. The bad thing is, some people left harsh comments on that particular post. Not only that, there are also links from other blogs and sites which might imply that I am the culprit.
With that mishap I asked myself, “Do I deserve this?”

600 Budget Shopping
Last month, my HSBC credit card finally reflected an annual fee of 1,000 pesos. The usual, I called the customer service and asked for its reversal since that’s my usual technique from my other credit cards or else I would request for its cancellation. I was surprised that the customer service did not accept my request. She instead offered me an alternative option wherein she would allow the reversal of the annual fee given that I would purchase an accumulated amount of 3,000 pesos for one month. Since, I have a current instalment plan with them I have no choice but to follow or else I would pay the annual fee. How I wish the leverage was on my side.

David Cook Rocked Mariah Carey’s Song
As I have posted on my blog yesterday, the American Idol top 7 would perform Mariah Carey songs. This of course had cause some worries to the contestants since the American Idol judges continuously advised the contestants not to perform songs from great artists like Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston or else they would just be compared badly.
The American Idol guys performed well compared to the girls. David Cook rocked Mariah Carey’s “Always Be My Baby” song.

Gotcha. Yep, It’s a survey. Go and answer it yourself and post it, if you like…

Procrastinating. I think this is also one of the top items in everybody’s list.
2. Are you trying to quit/stop/refrain from doing it again?

What Brings It Back For You?
I came across this post from After The Bubbly just a few minutes ago and I could not help but travel back in time to rediscover my past so I can come up with a decent response to her question at the end of the post.
Indeed, what brings it back for me?
When I force myself to travel down memory lane, I automatically see a picture of me, my eldest sister, Yey, standing in the middle of our living room facing each other, Dad standing right by the humungous stereo, my two big brothers sitting on the bamboo sofa whispering to each other while giggling and looking at us and baby sister sleeping on the carpeted floor, also in the middle of the living room, her body haphazardly strewn like some piece of rag by my two brothers’ feet…

Last part of a series: A doubtful heart
So, I did not snap my head out of my neck because it isn’t really the wisest thing to do given the circumstances, but there was huge relief and, of course, guilt.
I felt relieved because it felt good to finally see that I wasn’t actually facing a blank wall after all. You know, there really is a huge difference between being blind when you aren’t really blind and being truly blind and finally being able to see. In my case, I was the former.
