Bloodstained Text and 3 Hidden Items

There’s this quest that can be received from an NPC in Fei Wei Town which instructs heroes to look for a blood-stained text. Instructions as to the coordinates where this is located can be derived from the advice of Feng Shui NPC. But you need to pay him 5000 yuans each time he tells you information. And perhaps, you could spend 25,000 yuans without knowing which of those coordinates you should go to get the bloodstained text.
