Google thru Mozilla Firefox tagged PRC.GOV.PH an attack site

A while ago while surfing through the different reviews made on the PRC Board Exam Results [dot] com, I encountered this link to http://www.prc.gov.ph/, the official Professional Regulation Commission website.

I tried accessing the site when suddenly my newly installed Mozilla Firefox 3 Release Candidate warned me with this screen:

    why this Philippine professional regulation commision -a vital official site to verify and confirm public servants license and registration been blocked, is this part of an agenda to unable access of verification for reason to hide illegal practices of Filipinos handling professional service?

    May license as a teacher will expire on Aug 27, 2009. Right now I’m working abroad and don’t know how I can renew it. It would be better if you have the website to do it online. So happy to see that it is possible to do it. But, I was dismayed to know that the site was blocked. What happened? Is there a chance that it will work again?
