The Greenpeace Rainbow Warrior stirred a minor ’storm’ in the headlines these past few days. It literally stood against the way of coal shipments to a power plant run by Team Energy Philippines in Pagbilao, Quezon. Apparently, the crew and the ship irked the operators of the power plant and a few naval law enforcers.
