I’ve only heard about Mark Munoz on forums but I never seen him fight, not until his WEC debut. I really like this guy. He is a very exciting fighter and he knows how to please the fans. Just watch his WEC debut, you’ll hear the crowd is cheering for him, not only because he is the hometown boy, but by the way he fights.

Again, I ballooned from 155 lbs to 161 lbs. Just look at my biggie belly in the my bad habit video. I lost control of my eating habits in the past few days, and got lazy to exercise. I stayed mostly in my computer, if not, playing Madden in my super old ps2.

I read about an article where Judy Ann Santos briefly explained about the issue with Meralco. Then when I passed by an ad board of Gabby Concepcion using Lucida S. I wonder if Gabby got his good facial complexion using such product. Anyone?

Summer’s over and it is “back-to-school fever” here in the country. This year, we are encouraging everybody to follow this simple green school tips.
Kid’s Baon. There are cafeterias saying “no-no” to disposable containers. This means kids would have to use insulated baon containers, or washable lunch kits. This is to atleast help minimize the bulk of cafeteria wastes like soiled tissue, tetra packs, or juice cans.
