Pops in Seoul Kpop party in Manila -blog coverage

The event was a blast, didn’t expected that there will be thousand of Kpop fans will troop down and watch the taping of the 1000th episode of Arirang TV’s Pops in Seoul and thanks to Jessica and her crew and also to Arirang for trusting me to be their official photographer to cover the whole event. They say that the event is an experimental move to bring the top music artist of Korea, and I just screamed too when I saw the artist made a recorded message that they will be here in Manila soon. wow! Wonder girls too!

VJ Isak made an opening singing act and after that we saw the video message of each Kpop artist, then Evan performed two songs and one of the song is a Maroon 5 cover song. After that VJ Isak went back on stage and made a hot dance move and then fans joined her on stage and some of the participants won a lot of signed CDs and posters. There’s a Q and A portion for Isak and Evan, which the show audience wrote down and posted in a billboard outside the venue. Some of the questions were answered from funny to personal matters. VJ Isak is a half korean and half american, which made the show really get fast connection to other countries, its easy to understand and very entertaining, even that you’re not into Kpop, some of the fans started from watching the tv show Pops in Seoul. and that includes me, because I got into Jpop and Jrock since 1997.
