    Hi everyone,

I’m the one that this guy is talking about and things are really getting out of hand now, “medyo pinepersonal na ng tao na ito”. I really am trying to fix this up with them since last night, but he refuses. Together with his 4 buddies last night, I really wasn’t able to talk with them but keep on getting offensive/cursing words with them via Chatango on my websites. I tried getting their account to be able to address the issue with them directly but they refuses to give their contact information and just prefer to do their personal attacks to me, knowing that the site is live and everyone can read the messages they are posting, they just kept on sending flaming words so I had to delete the chat messages they have left. I had copied from them at most 9 short posts / news about music from them last week. They discovered this last night and immediately replied violently to me on the chatboxes with my sites, and on friendster too. They also threatened me and my computer shop. They said they knew all about me and will do everything to shut my sites down and gonna come raiding my computer shop as he knows some big known people from Las Piñas.

After noticing the chat messages they made, I instantly sent them a message that, I’ll fix this one up via credits as I had forgotten to include it to the posts but they don’t want the credits either. I already removed the posts that came from them to avoid this from getting bigger.

As for what he is talking about the cloning, cloning websites technically means duplicating the functionality / designs of a particular websites. And no matter how hard it seems, it can be duplicated if requested by clients. I mean all about complicated Ajax, CSS, javascript, animation and some more programming stuff is what I do.
As for scraping, it is also one of my skills but we only do this after careful consideration of the situation and is done legally whenever my clients requested.

My website, http://www.fedmich.com indeed came from various locations. Mostly emails I get from friends, internet and videos from Youtube. I am citing the sources of these content as much as I can but doesn’t whenever the source website sometimes contains some adult-related stuff. We do some research to check the sites we mention as most of the visitors of my websites are kids and gamers. My family, friends and also the customers that rent from my computer shop are my frequent visitors of it. I will of course remove any of its content if requested by anyone.

Here’s what I’m thinking now, by using my name, my picture, and LinkedIn profile, etc the post they made is really close to becoming libel charge. Anyway, still hoping this issue will be fixed soon.

Please forgive my grammar or English if I am wrong with it. I’m just not too good with words. I’m just a programmer working at home and accepting works from different countries as a freelancer.

    1. I don’t have anything against you. I’m against with what you did.
    2. Fix things up? To cover up what you did? You copied my works WITHOUT PERMISSION.
    3. About my friends, well, after all what you did, you can’t control them.

I tried getting their account to be able to address the issue with them directly but they refuses to give their contact information and just prefer to do their personal attacks to me, knowing that the site is live and everyone can read the messages they are posting

    1. This is the first thing that you should’ve done. You should’ve asked for PERMISSION. Come on. You are an adult. You are a college graduate. After all what you did, what do we call you now?

I instantly sent them a message that, I’ll fix this one up via credits as I had forgotten to include it to the posts but they don’t want the credits either.

    1. Again, that’s what you MUST have done FIRST. It’s not your own work. You absolutely STOLE it. Credits? You make me laugh. Almost the WHOLE CONTENT of the POSTS you copied were there.

I already removed the posts that came from them to avoid this from getting bigger

So you are contented with that? You shouldn’t be. That’s not enough.

As for scraping, it is also one of my skills but we only do this after careful consideration of the situation and is done legally whenever my clients requested.

So that is really your skill, huh? That’s maybe the reason why some of my blog’s contents were scraped off and were put on your site?

I am citing the sources of these content as much as I can but doesn’t whenever the source website sometimes contains some adult-related stuff. We do some research to check the sites we mention as most of the visitors of my websites are kids and gamers.

Citing the sources as much as you can?But I believe you forgot to cite WHO OWNS the blog posts YOU PLAGIARIZED, right? Remember, citing sources is not ENOUGH. You should’ve asked for PERMISSION first. Ask my lawyer to clarify things up. And you should’ve not put MY ENTIRE POST at that shitty site of yours. Get it? Or you wan’t me to translate it for you?

My family, friends and also the customers that rent from my computer shop are my frequent visitors of it. I will of course remove any of its content if requested by anyone.

And so? what with the computer shop? That’s not the issue here. You’re making me laugh. It seems that the problem is with you now. You’re not getting the point of this.

will of course remove any of its content if requested by anyone.

So if not seen or caught, you won’t remove it? Right? Surely, that would be your option. Again, why put something you copied/plagiarized from other website or blog? THOSE AREN’T YOURS!

Here’s what I’m thinking now, by using my name, my picture, and LinkedIn profile, etc the post they made is really close to becoming libel charge. Anyway, still hoping this issue will be fixed soon.

And what do you call PLAGIARIZING now?

Please forgive my grammar or English if I am wrong with it. I’m just not too good with words. I’m just a programmer working at home and accepting works from different countries as a freelancer.

The grammar is not the issue here buddy. The issue here is you copied my work. I got no issue with you being a programmer or freelance. The issue here are the VALUES you got in life. Your belief. You’re an adult but I believe you still can’t distinguish what is right from wrong. You’re not learning your lesson.
