CBS attended the Goodyear Autocare Launch
Three Cebu Bloggers responded to the invitation to witness the Goodyear Autocare Launch (EBR-SN TIRE PLAZA) at Maguikay Road, Mandaue City,Cebu in August 28, 2008. Present were McBilly, Winston and X.
We arrived in the location at near 12 nn. Upon arrival, Ms. Karla Tecson of Ogilvyl Public Relations Worldwide along with Ms. Bessie of Goodyear Philippines, Inc. assisted us to the registration right at the entrance, the luncheon then followed. Just a perfect timing for the bloggers. Definitely, a Bon Appetit for us!

Eraserheads reunion concert 2008 – concert live recording PART 1 ( frist 20 minutes)
I just recorded the whole concert and this is the first 20 minutes of the concert of Eraserheads, the audio quality is low and bad, since my Creative Zen mp3 recorder can capture live audio and sounds that is near to it, but saving this will keep the event immortalized digitally.
I also placed a photostory, but its my first time to use it and haven’t edited it in my best.
will revise this and re-upload it for everyone.
here’s the recorded audio of the 1st 20 minutes of the concert

Eraserheads Reunion Concert (Panghihinayang)
Wish my sister and I could be there but since Marlboro backed out, the frenzy of ticket sales and venue resets were just too crazy for us. Good thing MTV Philippines stepped in when they did or else a riot of E-heads fans would have burned a Marlboro effigy everywhere in the country. The ticket prices were very reasonable, costing just around 800php and 1300php. But then again, I wish we were free from commitments that night or we could have been seen egging our way into the slam pits, if there were any.
UCC Cafe Terrace
I try not to pass up an invite for coffee on any day. Couple that with a trip to a famous mall that I have been longing to go to and I have an excuse to wake up early on a saturday and drive all the way to Trinoma in Quezon City.
It was a glaring hot saturday when my husband and I went for coffee at UCC Cafe Terrace in Trinoma. This is I think the third time I went to UCC. I can clearly remember the two other times I did. One was during an office meeting and another for a team lunch. Both in the Paseo Center branch in Makati. Both times were truly enjoyable and I recall – I thought, expensive.
Traffic Kills
Life is too short for traffic.
- Dan Bellack
I was walking down Manila City Hall last night when I noticed an emergency ambulance helplessly stuck in traffic with its sirens wailing continuously. From the sidewalk, I could make out the driver’s worried expression as he gazed into the myriad of cars in front of him. It was obvious that traffic was the last thing the driver wanted.
Even though I couldn’t see what was behind the metal body of the ambulance, I can almost picture what was going on inside. I can see medics doing their best in administering first aid treatment. I can also see a man sitting by the door, crying and praying, and a woman in blood spattered clothes, lying on a stretcher heavily gasping for air, struggling to survive. Amidst all the chaos and panic swirling around inside the ambulance, the outside was surrounded with cars, motionless and as still as the night.
