Jazz Up Your Photos with Dumpr

Tired of looking at boring photos? Jazz them up with Dumpr. This online photo editor has several effects guaranteed to inject pizzazz to your otherwise staid photos. Some of the cool effects are only available to paying members but there’s enough of the free ones for you to choose from. More importantly, Dumpr is very user friendly.
