DiningCebu.com discovers Tsiboom Filipino Restaurant

Last week the Pakalistas of DiningCebu.com showed you a different mix of dining establishments in Cebu from a food court Majestic Express at Robinsons Mall, a pizza restaurant Handuraw, and the classy Cafe Georg.

This week the Pakalistas of DiningCebu.com will feature home-grown Filipino Restaurants in Cebu.

First up is Tsiboom Native Restaurant, a Filipino Restaurant in Parkmall Cebu Philippines and then followed by my favorite restaurant Golden Cowrie.
