barely less than a year left, finally the Philippine Senate just approved the PhP11.3bil budget for the automation of the 2010 elections. the supplemental budget according to the commission on elections (comelec) will serve to lease 80thou precinct count optical scans.
now awaiting the signature of PGMA, then the bidding for the machine starts. looks like we’ll gonna have an automated poll by 2010 after all! let’s wait & see…

For someone who often eats pancakes for breakfast, you would think I would decline an invitation to eat more of the same type of food for snacks or lunch. But come I did as I looked forward to something more interesting than what my non-stick pan cooks up every morning.
At the 4th floor of SM Megamall in Ortigas, at the hallway entrance to the new Atrium, is a colorful place that offers crepes and cream. No, it is not a dessert place. It is not only a dessert place. They also offer savory crepes which are filled with meats, seafoods and vegetables mixed and seasoned to produce a delectable concoction that could definitely pass for a heavy meal and not just a snack.

Felony counts, in connection with alleged Rihanna altercation, could land Brown in jail for up to seven years.
The Los Angeles District Attorney’s office charged Chris Brown with felony assault and a felony count of making criminal threats in connection with his alleged altercation with girlfriend Rihanna on February 8, according to a statement released by the office. The charges, which came during an arraignment Thursday (March 5) in Los Angeles, could land the 19-year-old singer in jail for up to seven years, according to CNN.

A few days ago I went to the city branch of Jollibee in Iligan.
Since I just came from the community, I went to the lavatory to have my hands washed. Unfortunately, there was no water. I went queuing with dirty hands, and decided to order something that didn’t involve finger foods like french fries.
