Heretics and Monkeys






(First Sunday of May)
It was after my mom’s lecture that first he spoke out again with the same arguments on why should I cut my hair.

I really cant believe him that much of his preaching because he cant follow much of it himself.

The one that stands out is the fact that he told me to go to church every Sunday.

After months of laziness and procrastination, I have finally gone to church. One of the Readings was about The Good Shepherd. Something about listening and protection.

A couple of people mistook my fedora, which was upside down on a nearby table, for those holy water hand dips.

I’m not a religious person. Somehow, I wonder why in the hell I haven’t melted yet at the sight of that citadel, but it seems as much as home to me as a knitter is to his knitting tools.

Maybe I’m just doing it for the familiarity of such. I consider myself a Selective Roman Catholic.

It’s a bad practice I know.

As for him, maybe his religion in morning sports TV. All barks I tell ya.

If we are made to do things just to appease people, I’ll be a circus monkey instead.

Something Very Sedated.

After a brutal 8.5 hours of work, (with an hour or two of a break,) there I was walking to the store. I have no idea why am I doing this, but I just know of the fact that I’m going to shell out three hundred dollars for a Netbook; something between a blackberry and a laptop.

Its as small as about 2-3 pounds and looks like a kid’s toy, but it’s worth something for an on-the-go jerk.

As I was browsing around, I discovered that such devices are actually assistants for their more haughty counterparts —
