Philippine 2010 Poll Automation Pushes Through

after months of discussions, doubts and controversies, looks like our automated polls will push through as the Commission on Elections (Comelec) will likely award the P11.3b contract to the lone qualifying bidder consortium of Netherlands-based Smartmatic and local partner Total Information Management (TIM) next week.
