the miss-conceptions on people about call center life

I remember almost six years ago. When I applied for the position of a call center agent. I was thinking it will be an easy job, patunga-tunga-nga lang sa harap ng computer. Free internet surfing, no pressure work. See us just puffing our cigars, drinking until the sun is up.
