The Miss Universe 2009 Pageant has crowned it’s new queen. Miss Universe 2008 Dayana Mendoza turned her crown over to the Miss Universe 2009 winner Stefanía Fernández. The Venezuela beauty retained the crown for her country. She bested the other 83 participants with her beauty and brains, the judges without a doubt declared her as the winner.
